Biological enzymatic technology
Through microbiomics and metabolic analysis, genetics and biochemical methods, microbial fermentation kinetics are studied to regulate fermentation metabolism, excellent strains are selected to study their growth and production characteristics, and fermentation technology is conducive to large-scale industrial production. We have a 5-50L small-scale fermentation process research platform, and an industrialized 50,000L fermentation platform.
Through the study of enzyme characterization, enzymatic kinetics, multi-substrate reaction kinetics, and enzyme inhibition, an efficient, convenient and green industrial biological enzyme catalytic process is designed. We have completed small-scale, pilot, and industrialized process verification platforms. It involves the preparation of enzyme solution, the preparation of immobilized enzymes, the enzyme purification process, the study of substrate and product specificity, and the corresponding R&D and industrialization platform technologies. The total catalytic volume exceeds 120T, and it has a complete biocatalysis and fermentation product separation and extraction technology platform, involving the separation and extraction of fermentation microorganisms, the separation and extraction of biocatalytic products, including nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis and other industrial separation and purification technology platforms.

Uniqueness
Because the enzyme in the catalytic process has a specific characteristic, that is, an enzyme can only catalyze a specific substrate reaction, but a substrate may be catalyzed by multiple enzymes.
